Gift Store Orders - Delivery Times


E-Orders may take up to 48 hours to be delivered to the recipient's email. 

We encourage customers to check their junk & spam folders as well as the recipient’s email after this period if the e-product has not been received. If the recipient’s email has been entered in incorrectly, please provide your RGS order number when you submit a request. 


Post Paid Orders:

Standard Post may take up to 12 business days to be delivered. 

Standard post does not have a tracking ID and cannot be delivered any earlier. 


Express Post may take up to 6 business days to be delivered, if the address is inside the Express Post Network. Please refer to Australia Post website for express post network - Click here.

If your order has not been received within the time frame, a tracking ID is available upon request - Click here.


A business day excludes weekends and public holidays.
