• Can I redeem a HOYTS Gift Card or Voucher at ACE HOYTS Midland Gate?
  Yes, you can redeem a HOYTS Gift Card or Voucher at any HOYTS cinema including ACE HOYTS Midland Gate.
  
  
• How long is the expiry on my HOYTS Gift Card or Voucher?
  All HOYTS Gift Cards and Vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of issue.
  
  
• Can I get a replacement HOYTS Gift Card or Voucher if mine is lost, stolen or damaged?
  Gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

ACE Gift Cards and Vouchers purchased prior to October 5 2023:

• I have an ACE Gift Card and/or Voucher, is this valid for use at ACE HOYTS Midland Gate?
  Guests with a valid ACE Gift Card or Voucher issued prior to October 5th, 2023 will be reissued with a HOYTS Voucher(s) to the same value of the remaining balance.
  At point of reissue, guests can choose between HOYTS Adult Vouchers, HOYTS LUX Vouchers, or a combination of both to the same value.
  ACE branded Gift Cards and Vouchers purchased from October 5th 2023 are valid at ACE Rockingham cinema only.
  
  
• How do I redeem my new HOYTS Voucher(s)?
  

  The reissued HOYTS Vouchers will only be redeemable at Midland Gate. They cannot be redeemed at ACE Rockingham, or another HOYTS cinema. The vouchers can be redeemed in cinema, via the HOYTS website and HOYTS app for movie tickets at ACE HOYTS Midland Gate.

  Please note, reissued HOYTS Adult Recliner Vouchers can also be used for Xtremescreen sessions, however a surcharge will apply. 

  
  Where can I use HOYTS Gift Card or HOYTS Voucher purchased from ACE HOYTS Midland Gate after the 5th October?
  HOYTS Gift Cards and Vouchers purchased from ACE HOYTS Midland Gate can be used at any HOYTS around Australia. Only reissued HOYTS Vouchers must be used at ACE HOYTS Midland Gate.

ACE Gift Cards and Vouchers purchased at ACE Rockingham after October 5 2023:

• If I purchase or receive an ACE Gift Card or Voucher from Rockingham after October 5 2023, can I redeem this at ACE HOYTS Midland Gate?
  No, ACE Gift Cards or Vouchers issued at Rockingham after October 5th 2023 will only be accepted and redeemable at ACE Rockingham and will not be accepted at ACE HOYTS Midland Gate.
