Can I still use my ACE Club membership at Midland Gate? Ace Club membership will be accepted at Midland Gate until 4th October 2023. From the 5th October, loyalty benefits will only be offered through the HOYTS Rewards program. All ACE Club members of Midland Gate will be offered a HOYTS Rewards VIP membership at no cost for the first 12 months. Details on how ACE Club members can take up this offer will be emailed to their nominated email address. Your ACE loyalty card will still be accepted at ACE Cinemas Rockingham.
I’m an ACE Club Member, what happens to my membership now that ACE Cinemas Midland Gate and HOYTS are entering into a Joint Venture? ACE Club members of Midland Gate will be offered a HOYTS Rewards VIP membership, free for the first 12 months (saving you $15). ACE Club members will have an account automatically set up for them and details on how to access their account will be emailed to their nominated email address. Details on how to take up the offer will be mailed to Ace Club members from the 26th of September 2023.
What do I do if I didn’t receive the email about my HOYTS Rewards VIP account? If you didn’t receive an email about your HOYTS Rewards VIP membership, please visit ACE HOYTS Midland Gate from the 5th October and we will be able to sign you up in cinema at no cost for the first 12 months.
Why didn’t I receive the email about my HOYTS Rewards VIP membership? There may be many reasons why you may not have received the email from HOYTS relating to your membership. This could include that you have opted out of receiving communications from ACE and HOYTS, the email address we have on file may be incorrect or the email may have been sent to your email’s spam folder. If for any reason you didn’t receive an email about your HOYTS Rewards VIP membership but would like to take up the offer, please visit ACE HOYTS Midland Gate from the 5th October and we will be able to sign you up in cinema at no cost for the first 12 months.
Can my HOYTS Rewards VIP membership be used at ACE Rockingham? No, HOYTS Rewards membership benefits can only be enjoyed at a HOYTS Cinema. If your ACE Loyalty membership is still valid, you can continue to use that at ACE Rockingham.
Will I still be able to claim my ACE Club benefits? Yes, as part of the migration of your ACE Club membership over to HOYTS Rewards, we have set up a choice of five (5) of the most popular benefits for each member to claim one. Even if you have already claimed your ACE Club benefit, you will still have access to claim one (1) of these five (5) benefits again with your HOYTS Rewards VIP membership: • 1 x $12 standard ticket • 1 x $25 HOYTS LUX ticket • 1 x 2 for 1 Choc Top • 1 x 2 for 1 regular popcorn • 1 x 2 for 1 post mix drink
Will I still be able to use my HOYTS Rewards membership while the cinema is being renovated? Yes, the cinema will continue to operate over the renovation period and HOYTS Rewards members will still be able to enjoy the benefits of the program at ACE HOYTS Midland Gate or any HOYTS cinema.
Can I still receive the Silver Screen seniors discount? As a HOYTS Rewards member, those aged 60+ will have access to discounted tickets (VIPs can access $10 tickets and Members can access $11.50 tickets), $4 Choc Top and a $6 combo every day before 5PM.

I don’t have an ACE Club Membership; can I still join HOYTS Rewards? To celebrate the ACE HOYTS Midland Gate joint venture, customers of the Midland Gate cinema can receive a 12-month HOYTS Rewards VIP membership at no cost (saving you $15). This offer is available in cinema at ACE HOYTS Midland Gate from October 5, 2023 through March 2024.
How do I change my ACE Club Membership to HOYTS Rewards? Join the HOYTS Rewards program in cinema at Midland Gate from October 5 to take advantage of the free VIP membership offer for the first 12 months. This offer is only available at ACE HOYTS Midland Gate and is not available online or via an in cinema kiosk.
Can I use my HOYTS Rewards Membership at ACE Rockingham? HOYTS Rewards memberships can only be used at ACE HOYTS Midland Gate and other HOYTS locations. You cannot use a HOYTS Rewards membership at ACE Rockingham.
How do I receive the 25% saving on movie tickets? To apply the 25% saving to your movie ticket, ensure that you are signed with your membership details before booking tickets on the HOYTS website or HOYTS App. In cinema, present your digital or physical membership card to the crewmember when purchasing your movie tickets. If you don’t have your membership details with you when purchasing your tickets in cinema, you can provide the crew member with your email address, and they will be able to look up your membership details.
Does the 25% off movie tickets apply to all movies? No, the 25% saving does not apply to special event tickets, movie packages, gift cards or vouchers.
How do I save 10% on Food and Drinks? To receive 10% off your food and drink purchase, simply present your digital or physical HOYTS Rewards membership at the counter when purchasing food or drinks. If you do not have your membership details a crew member will be able to look up your account details with your email address.
Do I receive 10% off Food and Drinks in HOYTS LUX? Yes, HOYTS Rewards VIP members can save 10% on all food and drink items offered in HOYTS LUX. Note: the 10% saving does not apply to merchandise.
