Collecting My Online Booking

HOYTS offers a number of options for convenient collection of your online bookings. You can collect your tickets with your confirmation email or booking number when you arrive at the ticket counter, ticketing Kiosks, candy bar or simply walk through to the ticket tear point and scan the barcode at our scan & enter devices (where available).

You may be asked for booking verification. Please ensure you bring proof including credit card, booking confirmation & the relevant photo identification for restricted films.
