Booking Confirmation Not Received

 

Please note, we're currently experiencing an email delivery fault with some email providers. 

Confirmation emails sent to Hotmail, Live & Outlook are experiencing a significant delay and/or are delivering to junk/spam inboxes. Please review these folders prior to contacting the Guest Experience Team for assistance. Alternatively, you can collect your booking directly in Cinema with the credit card you purchased with. 

 

You can collect your tickets without the printed copy of your confirmation!

Simply present your booking confirmation on your phone to be scanned at the ticket tear point.
