New, Lost or Stolen Membership Cards

 

New Cards

If you have singed up HOYTS Rewards online or via a Kiosk at a HOYTS Cinema, you will not be issued with a physical card. A digital card is available to you when you log into My Rewards or when you log into the HOYTS APP. If you would require a physical card, one can be purchased at any HOYTS Cinema for $2. A crew member will need to assist you in replacing the card and updating your account with your new card details.

Please note: You will need to take your email receipt confirmation with you and some form of photo identification and we can provide you with your card on the spot.  Your membership will be active and ready for you to use immediately.

Lost or Stolen Cards

You can replace your HOYTS Rewards card at any HOYTS Cinema for $2. You will need to provide photo identification and answer some security questions so we can replace it on the spot.

Your HOYTS Points will remain in your account (if not expired) and the only thing that changes on your account will be your card number.
