New, Lost or Stolen Membership Cards


New Cards

If you have purchased your HOYTS Rewards membership online, you can  collect your card at any HOYTS Cinema. HOYTS Rewards memberships purchased online do not receive cards via post. 

Please note: You will need to take your email receipt confirmation with you and some form of photo identification and we can provide you with your card on the spot.  Your membership will be active and ready for you to use immediately.


Lost or Stolen Cards

You can replace your HOYTS Rewards card at any HOYTS Cinema free of charge. You will need to provide photo identification and answer some security questions so we can replace it on the spot.

Your HOYTS Dollars will remain in your account and the only thing that changes on your account will be your membership number.
