Error Message Received on Activation

 

When activating your HOYTS Rewards membership, the following error message may be received:

“Email is in use, please enter another one”

This indicates that the email address that has been entered is being used for another HOYTS Rewards membership. You will need to enter an alternate emails address that is not already linked to a HOYTS Rewards membership. An email address can only be linked to ONE membership.
