I received an error message when attempting to activate my new HOYTS Rewards membership

When activating your  HOYTS Rewards membership, the following error message may be received “Email is in use, please enter another one”, this may suggest that the email address has been used for another HOYTS Rewards membership. 

An email address can only be linked to ONE membership
