I received an error message when attempting to activate my new HOYTS rewards membership

If you receive the following error message “Internal Server Error”, when attempting to activate your newly purchased Rewards Membership, this may suggest that you already hold a HOYTS Insider membership associated with the email address entered.

If you wish to link this email address to your new HOYTS Rewards membership, , click “Yes” when asked “Are you a Member of HOYTS?”, as shown in the picture below.
