Change an Online Booking

Want to move seats in the same session? Select the 'Change Seats' option on your booking confirmation to swap seats up to 30 minutes prior to your session start time.

• Change My Session

The quickest way to change sessions is to refund your existing tickets and make a new booking. Select the 'Cancel Booking' icon on your booking confirmation to refund your booking. 

Alternately, you can swap your tickets in-person at the cinema you have purchased tickets for. Just make sure you arrive 30 minutes prior to session commencement.

• Booked Incorrect Cinema

We are not able to move your existing booking to a different cinema. Refund your booking and then make a new booking afterwards.

Refunds and swaps are not available within 30 minutes of session start time. Booking fees are non-refundable.

• Unable to Attend Session

Most tickets are refundable up to 30 minutes prior to the session start time. Select the 'Cancel Booking' option on your booking confirmation to cancel & refund your online booking.

Please note, bookings involving Gift Cards cannot be refunded at this stage. To cancel your booking, please contact us here before your scheduled session time.

In cinema purchases cannot be refunded via this portal and must be refunded directly in cinema prior to the commencement of the session.

• Refunds under Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law

There are limited circumstances covered under the Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law where refunds are permitted. These circumstances generally relate to where the services provided are not rendered with due care and skill or in compliance with a specified purpose or provided within a reasonable time. They do not include circumstances where you change your mind. Should your circumstances satisfy those requirements, a refund will be provided.
