Refund FAQs
- When will I get my money back?
Funds will be returned to your account within 10 business days of your refund being processed. Generally, funds are available within 3-5 business days.
- Will my vouchers be re-validated?
Yes. Vouchers will be re-validated so they can be redeemed for another session. This can take up to 5 business days.
- I booked using ApplePay / GooglePay, why don't I recognise the card number listed as my Refund Method?
Refunds are always processed back to the original payment method. In this case, the number showing is the secure card number randomly generated by your Apple or Google Wallet. Your refund will be routed through the secure card in your Apple/Google Wallet back to your bank card itself.
- Why was my refund request declined?
Bookings involving Gift Cards and Service NSW Vouchers cannot be refunded at this stage. If you used either of these payment methods to make your booking and would like to cancel, please contact us here before your scheduled session time.
- Why cannot I not swap my booking?
Bookings can only be swapped within the same session type at the same cinema. If you are trying to swap to a different session type or cinema, please refund your booking and purchase new tickets.
- Are bookings fees included in the refund?
No, booking fees are non-refundable.
- Can a refund be processed after the session?
No. Most tickets are refundable up to 30 minutes prior to the session start time. After this time, bookings are non-refundable for change of mind.
- Can I refund my food & beverage items?
Food and beverage items that were purchased in the same transaction as tickets can be refunded. Currently, food and beverage orders that are purchased separately to tickets cannot be refunded. Please click here to request a refund prior to your scheduled session time.
