Can I refund my voucher?


Sorry no refunds!

Parents NSW vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given.


Service NSW Vouchers are single-use only, and so bookings paid partially or fully with a Service NSW Voucher cannot be refunded.


If you are unable to attend your booking, please reach out to the cinema team at least 30 minutes prior to your session for requests to swap to a different session time or movie.

If you would prefer to cancel your booking entirely, please Submit an Enquiry with our Guest Experience Team at least 30 minutes prior to your session, and they will be able to offer an alternative in lieu of refunds.
